On October 21st,the global fan carnival event for the 25th anniversary of the Smart brand was held in Suzhou.During the event,the platinum version of the smart sprite#1 was officially launched,with an official guide price of 239900 yuan.In addition,Tong Xiangbei,CEO of Smart brand's global company,also revealed that he is currently developing a 2-Seater version of a pure electric vehicle and may be named Sprite#2.
Tong Xiangbei stated that currently,Smart has Sprite#1 and Sprite#3 models for sale."The Sprite#2 in the middle is reserved for 2-seater cars(named)."It is understood that the Smart R&D team started development work on the 2-seater pure electric model three years ago.For the 2-seater model,Smart will launch a pure electric architecture.
In addition,the smart Sprite#1 Platinum Edition will be equipped with the smart Pilot Assist 2.0 intelligent driving assistance system.In the future advanced plan,by the end of 2024,Smart will collaborate with Nvidia to upgrade the intelligent driving assistance system to the Smart Pilot Assist 3.0 system,achieving the Advanced Intelligent Navigation Assistance System(NSP PRO).
