evevs News:Recently,Kia announced its product plan at the 2024 Investor Day Conference,with plans to launch up to 15 pure electric models by 2027 and an annual sales target of 1.6 million vehicles by 2030.
It is understood that Kia will release Kia EV3(parameters|inquiry|pictures)and Kia K4 around the third quarter this year.Kia EV6,Kia K8,and Sportage models will undergo facelifts this year.In addition,Kia will also launch a two door version of the all-new K3 and a GT version derived from the EV6.
Kia will also accelerate its expansion in the pure electric vehicle lineup,with an expected launch of four new pure electric models in 2025 and a total of 13 pure electric passenger cars by 2027.We will also launch two pure electric commercial vehicle products,expected to focus on logistics and other markets.
In terms of sales,Kia plans to REACH 38%of pure electric vehicle sales by 2030,reaching 1.6 million units,an increase of 28 percentage points compared to 2024.The proportion of electric vehicle sales is expected to reach 79%in the European market by 2030,and 47%in the Chinese market.
