Junyao Group was established in July 1991 and is a modern service industry enterprise mainly focused on industrial investment. It has four listed companies: Jixiang Airlines, Aijian Group, Da Dongfang, and Junyao Health. In June 2022, Junyao Group took over Yundu Automobile and became the largest shareholder of the company. Afterwards, Yundu Automobile announced the renaming to Jixiang Yundu.[-]
