Junyao Group was established in July 1991 and is a modern service industry enterprise mainly focused on industrial investment. It has four listed companies: Jixiang Airlines, Aijian Group, Da Dongfang, and Junyao Health. In June 2022, Junyao Group took over Yundu Automobile and became the largest shareholder of the company.
